what is your return policy?
we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return!
to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. the order number).
to ask for a return, you can contact me email@example.com. if your return is possible and for a valid reason, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

what if my product is damaged?
please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
are there any exceptions to the return policy?
the only things i don't accept as returns are downloadable items and custom content.
how do refunds work?
we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
how long before this item ships?
this is a small business! we try to get your order out in the most timely manner possible, but life does happen. our goal is to have the queue cleared at LEAST once a week! so unless your order has a specific shipment time (i.e. those that are in production/presale), it should be about a week before items are shipped!
shipping is auto calculated based on the size of the package and the location of where it will be sent!
if something isn't shipped in a timely manner or is missing/sent to the wrong address, please send an email to email@example.com to resolve the issue.
can i upgrade my shipping?
absolutely! there are many options to choose at checkout.
what if i want to ship this as a gift?
just let me know in the notes section that it is a gift and include a message if you'd like me to attach one!
